I have a good feeling about my current weight loss journey. I have a reason why I want to lose weight. I think it is important to jumpstart anything your life is to have a reason. I have multiple sensible reasons why I want to lose weight, but for some reason that doesn’t seem to really motivate me to actually make the change.
What is actually motivating me are these two reasons. The first reason is that.. DON’T LAUGH!… I want to become a model. I ideally want to become a high fashion model. Because of all the weight I would have to lose I think it is more realistic for me to be a size 10 plus size model. But then at that point I might want to lose weight and become a size 4 standard model. But we will have to see… I would like to start applying for agencies in July, that is nearly 5 months from now..
The second reason why I am motivated to lose weight is because my husband and I are having are 7 year anniversary coming soon and we have always wanted to go to Colorado and hike many trails. I have always wanted to be the person that could do that type of stuff and feel great, not bored and tired of the exercise. So I not only want to loose weight but also be healthy/fit. I want to be able to walk for 5 hours no problem… >.< OMG, that sounds crazy. But, I just read something that walking is healthier then running so thats cool 🙂
SOOOOOOOOOOOOO.. I how I decided to jumpstart my new “lifestyle” change is with fasting. I fasted for 2 days. Only one cup of coffee for breakfast and water the rest of the day. I had a MAJOR headache the whole time. I do not know why… But today I ate an awesome salad for lunch and a delicious soup for dinner. I am feeling good about my new healthier choices!
